The first edition of the "Briefing: Renewables in Mozambique" was launched in 2021, and compiles and organises the most relevant and up to date renewable energy market information in Mozambique. This Briefing is divided into six different chapters, the first two with general data and the latter dedicated to each of the market segments: 1. General Sector Data 2. Legal and Institutional Framework 3. Independent Power Producers 4. Mini-Grids 5. Solar Home Systems 6. Clean Cooking The document was published by The Lusophone Renewable Energy Association (ALER) and the Mozambican Renewable Energy Association (AMER), in cooperation with GET.invest Mozambique - funded by the European Union and Germany, and part of the European programme GET.invest.
